Automotive
Door, window and body seals where weather sealing and closing force are the requirements, and under-hood parts where temperature matters more. Long profiles, consistent colour, and corners that close.
New energy and battery
Pack enclosures, charge ports and service covers. The specification shifts toward compression set over thermal cycling, flame rating of the compound itself, and holding an ingress rating on an assembly rather than a part.
Food processing and packaging
Door gaskets, vessel lids, inspection hatches and container rings. Food contact documentation for the grade supplied, plus resistance to the cleaning regime - which is usually what actually kills the seal.
Medical and laboratory
Equipment housings, tubing and seals where the compound has to be documented and consistent. Small sections, tight tolerances, and documentation matched to the grade.
LED lighting and electronics
Exterior luminaires and enclosures where UV, thermal cycling and an ingress rating meet a visible surface finish requirement. Often shallow grooves and small sections.
Water treatment and filtration
Tubing and profile for dosing and filtration lines, where bore stability and rebound matter more than burst strength, and colour coding is sometimes used to prevent cross-connection.
Not on the list?
These are the sectors we see most often, not a limit. Send the operating conditions and we will tell you whether we have a documented compound that fits.

Working on something like this?
Send the drawing, cross-section, operating temperature and what the seal has to resist. We will tell you whether a stock profile fits or the part needs extruding, and quote both.
